Warranty

We offer a 3 year replacement warranty on all bed parts and a 5 year warranty on manufacturing defects.

 

Faulty Goods or Complaints

Obviously something that doesn't happen too often, but in event of a problem please contact us and we will do our utmost to put the problem right. We always carry a full range of spare parts.

 

Demonstration Facility

A full range of furniture can be viewed at our shop at Beacon House, Warwick Road, Beaconsfield, and outdoor play equipment is displayed at our warehouse in Great Missenden.

 

Upgrading

Many of our products/playsets can be extended as your child grows. We can offer advise to help you choose products that will work with your existing products. Our FLEXA range will cater for your children from babies through to their teens and can be fitted into the smallest of bedrooms.
